CONDO #167 OWNER DIRECT RENTAL AT KIAHUNA PLANTATION

KAUAI'S NORTH SHORE

From Kiahuna Plantation, the drive to the furthest northwest corner of Kauai takes about two hours. However, a day dedicated to exploring the area, stopping at Wailua Falls, the Kilauea Lighthouse or shopping in Hanalei is time well spent. (One of our family's favorite shave ice spots, the Wishing Well, is located in Hanalei). The drive alone offers vistas of this beautiful garden island that make it clear why so many have chosen the Garden Isle as their favorite of the Hawaiian islands. Take your snorkeling gear along and try out Queen's Bath.

At the furthest end of the northern route is Ke'e Beach which is a great intermediate snorkeling site. Just above Ke'e is the Kalalau Trail. Many hikers consider this their favorite because from the top of the trail, not only can you see the Na Pali coastline but also get a glimpse of the densely forested interior leading to the most rain soaked spot on earth.
